1. General Policy

SecureTMP.email provides digital SaaS services that are delivered instantly upon purchase. As such, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
  • Verified technical issues directly caused by SecureTMP that prevent access to the service, and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service during an active subscription
  • Issues caused by customer’s system or device compatibility
  • Misunderstanding of service features when functioning as advertised
  • Requests made after a subscription renewal

4. Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations stop future billing but do not generate refunds for unused time. You will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting SecureTMP first, your account may be suspended. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns promptly.
